DDT ban myth bingo

Tim Lambert has a very interesting blog introducing a new 'game': DDT ban myth bingo. It pulls together a range of challenging articles dissing many of commonplace assertions about the politics of DDT, a pesticide. Much of the conventional wisdom about DDT now looks a little shaky - such as the claim that it has been banned or that the EU is forcing developing countries to avoid DDT. Lambert even argues that it is a myth that DDT use could eradicate malaria, pointing to the increasing mosquito resistance to DDT. Challenging stuff.
